Executive Directors

Bukola Odeyemi (Managing Director/CEO)

Bukola is an executive leader with 20 years experience of project and programme management, strategic planning and change management in the private and public sectors. She has a proven track record in building and leading global teams, her wealth of experience spans across Europe, Asia, Latin America and Africa.
Bukola served as a Special Adviser to the Honourable Minister of Finance, she was a member of the Joint Tax Board (JTB) Curriculum Review Committee. She is currently a member of the Ministerial Committees on Fiscal Policy Reforms, Fiscal Stimulus Bill, Socio-Economic Interventions, Road Infrastructure Tax Credit Scheme and the Finance Act Bill.

Mobolade Orekoya (COO)

Mobolade is an experienced Digital Consultant with over 10 years product, project and business analysis experience. Mobolade has experience of delivering transformative, digital and regulatory change within the Finance, Banking and Government. Mobolade possesses significant business analysis experience combined with vast proficiency in clarifying business requirements, roadmap development, gap analysis and designing process improvements. 

Sam Bode-Odeyemi (CTO) 

Sam is a Technology Architect and Business Transformation specialist with over 20 years experience in the IT Industry.  He is currently the Chairman of the NBBF IT Group and Founder of MTC GS Limited- a business transformation company in the UK. His company has delivered projects for multinational companies, UK and Nigerian Government Agencies.  He holds a Bachelors of Science degree from UEL, London and an MBA (e-commerce specialization) from the University of Surrey.
